Skilled Nursing

We provide highly qualified Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses who offer skilled care and essential instructions. This enables our patients to function independently and increase their comfort and overall quality of life. Also, the patient's primary physician is kept in close communication to ensure the delivery of of health care services customized to meet the needs of each individual. Such services include but  are not limited to:

  • Treatments and Injections

  • Supervision of Medications

  • Wound Care / Wound Assessment

  • Ostomy Care

  • Dressing Changes

  • Catheter Care

  • Restorative Care

  • Simple Pulmo-physiotherapy

  • Family/Patient Health Teaching and Counseling

  • Diabetic Teachings

  • Drawing Blood & Lab Word

  • Intravenous Infusions 

  • Pre-Op and Post-Op Care

We also coordinate durable medical equipment and appliances for our patient's use and comfort. (Note: Limited.)

Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists are specially trained to assist our patients in improving their abilities in performing daily activities. Our therapists will assist family members in making arrangements for outpatient services which are not appropriate for the patient's home environment.

Medical Social Services

Social Workers provide counseling for patients and their loved ones in dealing with the social and emotional aspects related to each specific illness. Our specialists help family members to properly care for the patient by communication available community resources and coping skills assessment.

Certified Home Health Aide

Certified Home Health Aides assist our patients with activities of daily living, range of motion, increasing and strengthening exercises, and such personal care as meal preparation, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and light housekeeping.

Who Needs Home Health Care?

Patients who need short term assistance after discharge form the hospital.

Chronically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled individuals who wish to remain at home.

Elderly adults, who, due to illness or disability, need assistance in their homes.
